Our Intro to Hoopers class is perfect for beginners looking to learn the foundations of this low-impact, engaging sport. Designed for dogs of all ages, Hoopers is not only a fantastic way to provide physical and mental stimulation but also helps strengthen the bond between you and your dog—all while having fun! 🌟 What’s Included: For just £60, you’ll receive in total 3 classes: - An Intro to Hoopers workshop class to get you started - Two Level 1 group classes (choose any 2 dates within a 6-week period). Upon completion of your Intro to Hoopers workshop, you will be given a code to book your next two Level 1 classes, at no extra charge. 📍 Location: Hope Riding School, Halegate Road, WA8 8LZ ⏳ Hoopers Class Cancellation Policy - The £60 fee includes the Intro to Hoopers workshop and two Level 1 group classes. Once the Intro to Hoopers workshop has been attended, it is non-refundable. - After the workshop, you will receive a code to book two Level 1 group classes at no extra cost. These must be booked and attended within 6 weeks, or they will become invalid and non-refundable. - If you choose not to attend the Level 1 classes after completing the workshop, no refunds will be issued. - Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund of the £60 fee. -Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable. By booking, you accept these terms.

Intro to Hoopers Package 1. Booking / Payment / Cancellation Hoopers Class Cancellation Policy - The £60 fee includes the Intro to Hoopers workshop and two Level 1 group classes. - Once the Intro to Hoopers workshop has been attended, the package is non-refundable. - If you choose not to attend the Level 1 classes after completing the workshop, no refunds will be issued. - Cancellations made more than 7 days before the Intro to Hoopers workshop will receive a 50% refund of the £60 fee. Cooling-Off Period for Intro to Hoopers Package • A 5-day cooling-off period applies to bookings for the Intro to Hoopers Package, but only if the booking is made more than 2 weeks before the scheduled start date of the first session. • If you cancel within this 5-day period and the cancellation is made at least 2 weeks before the start date, you will receive a full refund. • If any part of the package has been attended, no refund will be issued. • To cancel within the cooling-off period, please notify KSJABC Dog Training in writing via email or an agreed communication method. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the Intro to Hoopers workshop are non-refundable. - If the trainer cancels any session, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a pro-rata refund. By booking, you accept these terms. 2. Eligibility - Open to dogs aged 4 months and older. - Dogs must be in good health, and proof of vaccinations or titre testing may be requested. 3. Attendance - All three sessions (1 Intro Workshop and 2 Level One Classes) must be attended as part of the package. - Sessions cannot be carried over beyond the scheduled package dates unless agreed upon due to exceptional circumstances. 4. Owner Responsibilities - Owners are responsible for managing their dogs’ behaviour, cleaning up after their dog, and bringing suitable treats, water, and any other necessary equipment. - Dogs must remain on a lead unless instructed otherwise by the trainer. - Prong / E-Collars are NOT permitted. 6. Health and Safety - Participation is at the owner's risk, and they remain responsible for their dog at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund.
